Associate Attorney

D. Michelle Cone is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned a B.S. in Business Economics and a B.A. in Spanish, summa cum laude.  Before becoming an attorney, she was a Senior Annuity Specialist with Merrill Lynch, during which time she held Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses.


Mrs. Cone is a 2008 graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and spent the first eight years of her legal career practicing in Orlando, Florida.  She is particularly experienced with assisting clients with estate planning matters, complex tax issues, special needs trusts, and trust and probate estate administrations.


Michelle is married to Rob Cone, and they live in Prattville with their two young daughters.
